Shipping Policy
Version 1.1 – Updated November 2025
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms & Conditions of DubiDo Ltd. and applies to all B2B orders placed via www.dubidofactory.eu.
1. General Information
1.1. All shipments are handled according to Incoterms® 2020, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2. This Policy applies exclusively to business customers within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and EEA countries.
1.3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all shipping terms listed below.
2. Processing Time
2.1. Standard processing time for in-stock items is 3–7 business days from Order Confirmation.
2.2. Custom-made or branded items may require longer lead times, which will be communicated separately.
3. Customer Responsibility for All Costs
3.1. The customer is responsible for all costs and charges arising from shipping and importation, including but not limited to:
- Freight / transport fees
- Insurance
- Duties and customs clearance
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Storage fees
- Any additional costs charged by carriers, ports, customs, or local authorities
3.2. DubiDo Factory Ltd. does not assume responsibility for any of these costs unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Shipping Options
Customers may choose one of the following:
4.1. Using DubiDo’s Recommended Freight Forwarder
- Upon request, DubiDo can arrange shipping through an approved logistics partner.
- Shipping quotes will be provided after the order is placed.
- All costs will be invoiced to the customer.
4.2. Using the Customer’s Own Freight Forwarder
- Customers may use their own logistics provider.
- Upon request, DubiDo will supply:
- Pickup address

- Warehouse contact
- Package dimensions and weights
- CBM (cubic meter calculation)
- Ready-for-collection date

The customer is fully responsible for coordinating pickup and transport.
4.3. Incoterms
Unless otherwise specified in the Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice:

5. Delivery Within Europe
5.1. Standard road-freight delivery time within Europe is typically:
7–10 business days after the processing period.
5.2. Delivery estimates may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Carrier availability
- Seasonal peak
- Customs procedures (if applicable)
5.3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Title
6.1. Risk transfers to the customer at the point determined by the applicable Incoterm (EXW or as stated on the invoice).
6.2. DubiDo is not liable for:
- Damaged goods during transport
- Lost shipments
- Delays caused by carriers
- Customs holds, inspections, or additional charges
Customers must file claims directly with the freight carrier.
7. Customs, Duties & VAT
7.1. The customer is responsible for all import procedures and associated fees, including:
- VAT
- Duties
- Customs clearance
- Any governmental charges
7.2. DubiDo does not cover or reimburse such expenses.
8. Pickup Requirements
8.1. If the customer arranges pickup:
- Full shipment details will be provided by DubiDo.
- The customer or their carrier must present all required documents.
- Pickups must be coordinated during warehouse operating hours.
8.2. DubiDo is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by the customer or their carrier.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
9.1. Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.
9.2. Any shortage, visible damage, or discrepancy must be reported to the carrier at delivery and to DubiDo within 7 days.
9.3. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.
10. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to customer error, the customer will bear all associated costs, including:
- Return transport
- Storage
- Re-delivery
- Carrier and customs fees
11. Force Majeure
DubiDo Factory is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Global supply chain disruptions
- War or political instability
- Carrier issues
- Customs delays
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
